- Congress stands in opposition to the plea challenging the use of the acronym “India” in the Delhi High Court.

Recently, the Congress contradicted the Delhi Tall Court a supplication against the use of INDIA acronym, which stands for Indian National Formative Comprehensive Collusion, for the collusion of resistance political parties.
The Congress, in its affirmation, has said that the charges made within the supplication are pointless in nature and that the supplication is a “politically propelled petition” recorded beneath the attire of a open, intrigued case. “What is starkly clear from the substance of the appeal, is the non-appearance of any illustrations or cases that substantiate the silly affirmations leveled by the applicant against the responding respondent or its collusion respondent,” the testimony states.
The appeal recorded by one Girish Bharadwaj looks for a heading to different respondent political parties, which incorporate Congress, Trinamool Congress, DMK, and AAP, among others, forbidding them from utilizing the acronym and looking for a direction to the Middle and Decision Commission to require activity against the parties. The Congress said that Bharadwaj has “deliberately suppressed” the truth that he is “closely related to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.”.
